Mr. Warshak, founder of Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, created the product Enzyte launching in 2001. Over the course of 7 years, per court rulings and documents, Berkeley systematically processed fraudulent credit card orders without the knowledge or consent of its customers.
We, at RockHard Laboratories, want to firmly state that we believe these business practices harm our industry at large, and want to restate our promise to unconditionally guarantee our product, RockHard Weekend.
